Slide a finger inside the long thin tips of the front and back faces, currently oriented at 3 o'clock, to open them.
Lower their long thin tips toward 6 o'clock, turning their valley fold into a mountain fold.
Open its legs again, and bring the lower half back toward 3 o'clock.
Then bring the tip from 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock so that the ends of the tips extend to the left, to form the fins.
Step 29.
Slide a finger between the two layers of the double-thick middle triangular flap, to open the tail and reverse the horizontal valley fold.
